Welcome to Hideout Beauty Lounge These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using the services provided by HBL located at 2120 W. Guadalupe Rd. Suite 1 Mesa, AZ 85202. By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

1.1 Booking Appointments:

Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your booking.

1.2 Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time.

1.3 Cancellations and No-Shows:

 •  Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

 •  No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of full service price.

2. Payments and Pricing

2.1 Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Payments:

We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified. Full payment is required upon completion of the service.

2.3 Refunds:

All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

3. Gift Cards and Promotions

3.1 Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost.

3.2 Promotions:

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

4. Salon Policies

4.1 Health and Safety:

For the safety of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse service if you have any contagious conditions, open wounds, or other health concerns.

4.2 Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables secure.

4.3 Children and Pets:

For safety and comfort, children under 12 and pets are not permitted in the salon unless receiving services.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.

6. Liability

Hideout Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects due to the use of products or services. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for appointment management and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
