All About Rhiannon:
Since 2007, Rhiannon has been fully immersed in the art of nails, blending creativity, skill, and passion to offer her clients unique and unforgettable experiences. With a deep commitment to inspire and influence, she feels fortunate to fulfill this purpose through her work as a nail artist.
In 2011, Rhiannon became a Young Nails Educator, a pivotal achievement that opened the door to extraordinary opportunities. She traveled across the United States, sharing her expertise and passion with fellow nail professionals, and had the honor of working at New York Fashion Week twice. Her work has also been featured in several prestigious nail magazines, allowing her to share her journey and artistry with a wider audience.
When Rhiannon isn't doing nails, She enjoys hosting gatherings for her family and friends, Roller skating, Bike riding, Dancing! She challenged herself zip lining and snowboarding. She is obsessed with sneakers! Rhiannon gets creative with fashion, home decor, sewing and anything artistic. Her favorite vacation is always by an ocean.

Breasha Bunce is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry. As a licensed nail technician, she specializes in artistic designs and elevated self-care techniques, creating unique, personalized experiences for her clients. Originally from the coastal city of San Diego, Breasha has embraced the beauty of the Arizona desert for the past seven years, where she quickly rebuilt her brand in her new home.
As the co-founder of Hideout Beauty Lounge, Breasha is not only passionate about her craft but also committed to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. She’s dedicated to sharing her expertise and nurturing talent, helping others build long-lasting careers in the industry. Breasha is a true artist in every sense of the word, using nails as her canvas to create stunning works of art. Each set she designs is a reflection of her creativity and skill, with intricate details and vibrant colors that transform nails into miniature masterpieces. Her ability to blend form, color, and technique results in nails that look like beautiful paintings, each one a unique expression of her artistry.
Outside of the salon, Breasha enjoys spending time with her husband of four years and their first child, born in September 2023.

About Egbet Abraha
Egbet is a newcomer to the beauty industry after pivoting from a career in tech. As a longtime client of Hideout Beauty Lounge, she was inspired by Rhiannon and Breasha’s artistry and the care they provide their clients. This lead to her attending Flores Institute of Nail Design in early 2024 where she grew a love for restorative pedicures and Japanese & Korean nail art trends. Egbet is always looking to expand her nail education and is currently studying techniques for advanced pedicures and airbrushing. She looks forward to servicing the community with inclusivity and care for each individual’s unique needs in mind.
What gives Egbet the greatest sense of peace outside of work is enjoying her own company at home by watching international dramas, playing video games, trying out different crafts, and experimenting in the kitchen. When her social battery is full, you can find her with friends at the gym, visiting new restaurants, at a concert, or exploring museums.
About Melinda Taylor
Mindy is an Arizona native with over 35 years of experience in the nail industry. As a seasoned nail technician, she has built a reputation for her expertise, creativity, and dedication to advancing the industry. Throughout her career, she has taken on multiple roles, including educator and brand ambassador for the company that makes the gel polish brand Gelish, where she shares her knowledge and passion for high-quality products with fellow professionals.
In addition to her work with Gelish, Mindy is a trusted salon consultant, helping beauty professionals enhance their services and grow their businesses. With a career that spans decades, Mindy is committed to empowering others in the beauty industry while continuing to innovate in her own practice.
In her free time she is a competitive tournament pickleball player and loves to golf!
About Sydnee Cunico
I am a certified aesthetician and full-body waxer with advanced training in specialized waxing techniques. I founded Simply Wax with a mission to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space for my clients. For me, the most rewarding part of my work is building genuine connections, which is why I’m known as a “professional yapper”—bringing fun, personalized energy to every appointment.
When I’m not at work, I’m indulging my inner foodie, exploring farmers’ markets, trying out new restaurants, or checking out the latest breweries. It’s all about connecting with people, both inside and outside the studio!
About Nicole Darby
With two decades of experience behind the chair, Nicole has mastered the art of hairstyling, helping clients look and feel their best with every visit. Originally from the vibrant city of Seattle, she has called sunny Arizona home for the past 20 years, blending her West Coast creativity with the warmth of the desert.
Beyond the salon, Nicole channels her artistic flair into painting, embraces the beauty of the outdoors, and finds freedom on the open road aboard her motorcycle. At home, she’s greeted by the endless love and playful energy of her two French Bulldogs, who bring joy to every moment.
Nicole’s passion for beauty, artistry, and adventure shines through in everything she does—both in and out of the salon.
About Abigail Escamilla
An Arizona native, Abby has spent the past 11 years perfecting her craft in cosmetology, specializing in long hair. With certifications in Brazilian Blowout and Babe Hair Extensions, she is dedicated to providing expert services that enhance her clients’ confidence and beauty. Always striving to stay ahead in the industry, Abby continues her education through advanced courses both online and throughout the Valley.
When she’s not behind the chair, Abby cherishes time with her husband, two daughters, and grandson. A true foodie at heart, she enjoys brunch, exploring different cuisines, and experimenting in the kitchen. She also finds joy in hiking, diving into mystery novels, and, most unexpectedly—scaring people for fun!
With a blend of skill, creativity, and a touch of humor, Abby brings warmth and expertise to every client she meets.
