We offer a wide range of services including haircuts, hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, and makeup application.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

It is highly recommended that you make an appointment to ensure availability. However, we do accept walk-ins if there is availability.

1. Product Returns

1.1 Eligible Returns:

 •  Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

 •  The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

 •  Hair extensions, tools, or other personal-use items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

1.2 Non-Returnable Products:

 •  Opened or used products.

 •  Clearance or discounted items.

 •  Gift cards.

1.3 Refund Process for Products:

 •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 •  If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

2. Service Refunds

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee:

We aim to ensure that you are happy with the services you receive. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

2.2 Resolution Options:

 •  Adjustments or corrections to services will be provided at no additional cost if reported within the 48-hour period.

 •  Refunds for services are issued only in exceptional circumstances and at the salon’s discretion.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services:

 •  Services completed to the client’s specifications where dissatisfaction is unrelated to the service quality.

 •  Missed appointments or late arrivals resulting in incomplete services.

3. Gift Cards and Store Credit

 •  Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 •  Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
