• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

• Adjustments or corrections to services will be provided at no additional cost if reported within the 48-hour period.
• Refunds for services are issued only in exceptional circumstances and at the salon’s discretion.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services:
• Services completed to the client’s specifications where dissatisfaction is unrelated to the service quality.
• Missed appointments or late arrivals resulting in incomplete services.
3. Gift Cards and Store Credit
• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
